Terms & Conditions

Processing Time 

All bespoke products will have various lead times reliant on the order and quantity. 

Cancellations 

Please contact us within 24hours of placing your order or buyers will be responsible for the cost. 

Returns 

We gladly accept returns only on our generic and readymade designs. 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Our bespoke and personalised designs are exempt from our returns policy due to the nature of the designs. Please check spellings before submitting your order as mistakes cannot be rectified once made. 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order. 

Images will be taken of some designs, and these may be featured on our social media etc. We reserve the right to share images of our work. 

Prop hire

Security deposit will be required with final payment and will be returned with 7 days of the items return date, once it is agreed that all items have been returned undamaged. 

We understand that accidents happen, but all damages and losses will be charged for and deducted from the security deposit.
